TIMES:
A detailed order confirmation email is sent for every
order. This SECOND email contains a copy of the invoice showing any
corrections in shipping/handling charges, discounts, etc. as well as an
estimated ship-date.
Once your order ships, you should receive a separate shipment
tracking email complete with a tracking number.

SHIPMENT
TRANSIT TIMES VARY WITH THE DELIVERY LOCATION AND TYPE OF SERVICE. MOST
ORDERS SHIP VIA FED-EX "GROUND", US "PRIORITY MAIL", AND
VARIOUS LTL "FREIGHT" CARRIERS. Email for a specific estimate.
Every effort is taken to reduce shipping / handling charges as much as possible
for orders from ArtRight.com. However, many frames
are expensive to ship because of their large size. For such
"dimensional weight" shipments, a package weighing 20 lbs. might in
fact cost the same as one weighing 100 lbs. or more due to it's size. This
is often the case with shipments from ArtRight.com, because many of the frames
offered here are large in size. Keep in mind that a 16x20 frame that is
5" wide will require a box approximately 40" x 36" because the
frame's outer dimensions are about 26x30, and there must be additional space
around the frame in its box to ensure its safe delivery. In addition,
extensive packing is often required to ensure the safe delivery of your frame(s).
Charges for this are also figured into the total shipping/handling charge. Too see for yourself

or www.USPS.com, being sure to specify
the package's estimated dimensions. Feel free to contact sales@ArtRight.com with any concerns about
shipping / handling charges. In some cases, customers are not charged the
full shipping / handling amount quoted by the online ordering system (see

information. Ready-Made frames are often the most expensive to ship.
This is because each one is built to a standard size and they are not available
unassembled. Contact ArtRight.com with questions
or concerns about your shipping / handling charges.
Many frames that are too large to ship via Fed Ex "ground" must ship
via an LTL ("less than truckload") trucking company. These
companies typically charge AN ADDITIONAL "RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY FEE" of
$35-65 to make a delivery to a residence. THIS FEE
IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES QUOTED BY ARTRIGHT.COM'S ONLINE
SHOPPING CART. To avoid incurring this fee, please be sure to give
a "business" address for delivery. For this purpose a
"business" is defined as a conventional storefront that is open to the
public during regular business hours throughout the week. A shipping dock
is not required. If you do not have a "business" address
available, often a "ship center" is available locally that will accept
your package(s) for a nominal fee. For help with avoiding a residential
delivery fee or otherwise reducing shipping / handling fees as much as possible,
email sales@ArtRight.com. Because
"freight" charges vary widely and are influenced by many factors,
exact quotes are given on a case-by-case basis.
Most orders ship from Canton, OH 44720. A signature may be required to receive
some shipments. Shipping/handling charges are calculated by the shopping
cart system before you authorize payment. If the actual shipping/handling
charges differ from those displayed by the shopping cart system, you will be
notified in your "order confirmation" email. Often the actual
charges are less than those authorized by customers during checkout. If
they are more, the final order amount will not be billed to your account without
your approval.
ArtRight.com ships only to the United States of America and Canada.
If you wish to avoid
shipping/handling charges by picking up your order in Canton, OH, specify so in
the "comments" field when providing your shipping information. Pickup instructions
will be provided via email. For many orders free local delivery is
