FRAMESPACE® FRAMING SPACERS
SALE ON FRAMESPACE® AND ECONOSPACE® FRAME SPACER BUNDLES !!
The BEST way to frame soft pastel paintings, prints and other
artwork without using a matboard!
Framespace® framing spacers have been regarded as the best available for years. Most framing spacers rely on adhesive to remain in place.
Sooner or later, such adhesives fail and allow the spacer to sag or fall out of
place, sliding across the artwork's delicate surface. Framespace®
patented spacers grip the edge of a frame's glass and thus will not sag or
come loose over time. Framespace® spacers are a favorite at

Framespace® works best with a standard 1/8 inch allowance between glass size
and frame size. This will allow for the thickness of the Framespace® and
minimizes the glass shifting in the frame which keeps the Framespace® from
showing. Framespace® can be cut easily and quickly with sharp anvil
pruners, a sharp utility knife, fillet cutter or even scissors. Apply to glass first and
then cut flush in butt joints. No measuring or marking is required.
Fits standard 2.5 mm "single strength" glass. 1/8",
3/16" and 1/2" spacers are also available for 2 mm "picture"
glass and 3 mm acrylic and "double strength" glass. For more

Framespace®
ideas:
-
Framespace®
can be used as is, painted, lined with matboard strips, or use clear spacers
and color the frame's rabbet to match or complement the frame's backing or
artwork.
-
Framespace®
can be stacked with multiple pieces of glass, backing, mirrors, etc. for
dramatic framing effects.
-
Beveling
the edges of the glass slightly with a whetstone or emery paper before you
clean the glass makes it faster, easier, and safer to apply the Framespace.
